This Privacy Policy applies to the Bhajan Book – Bhajan, Aarti mobile application ("App"), developed and published by StackApp Infotech ("we", "us", or "our"). It describes our practices regarding information when you use the App on supported mobile devices.

By downloading or using Bhajan Book, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Data We Collect Directly

Bhajan Book is designed with your privacy as a priority. We do not require user registration and we do not directly collect, store, share, or sell personal information such as:

• Name, email address, phone number, or postal address
• Precise GPS location
• Usage data or analytics (songs played, listening time, in-app actions)
• Health or fitness data
• Financial or payment information
• Photos, contacts, or other device content

Favorites, downloads, and preferences are stored locally on your device unless a feature clearly states otherwise.

3. How the App Works

Bhajan Book operates as a self-contained audio player. Your favorites, downloads, and preferences are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

The App may request internet access to stream audio content and load advertisements. We do not receive your personal information during this process.

4. Google AdMob Advertising

Bhajan Book may use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google LLC. When ads are requested or shown, Google and its advertising partners may collect or receive information from your device to provide, limit, measure, and improve ads.

Depending on your device, settings, region, consent choices, and Google's current services, this information may include:

• Advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers where available
• IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address
• Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app package name, SDK instance ID, and crash or diagnostic information
• Ad interaction information, such as ad views, clicks, impressions, and frequency capping data

Google may use this information to show personalized or non-personalized ads, prevent fraud and abuse, measure ad performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise GPS location to Google for advertising.

5. Ad Choices and Controls

You can manage ad personalization and privacy choices through your device and Google account settings:

• Android: reset or delete your Advertising ID and manage ad privacy controls in your device settings.
• iOS and iPadOS: manage app tracking permission and personalized ads in Apple privacy settings.
• Google: review ad personalization choices in My Ad Center.

Where required by law, we or Google may ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. If consent is not provided, the App may show non-personalized ads.

6. Third-Party Services

Other than Google AdMob advertising, Bhajan Book does not integrate third-party analytics, social login services, or payment processors that collect personal data through the App.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, which is subject to Apple's own privacy practices. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for information on their data practices.

7. Children's Privacy

Bhajan Book is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the App is used by children or in regions where child privacy rules apply, we take steps required by applicable law and Google policies, such as avoiding personalized advertising for users known to be children or users under the applicable age of consent.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the App features we control. Locally stored data, such as favorites and downloaded files, is protected by your device's built-in security features. Google AdMob data is handled by Google under Google's own privacy and security practices.

9. Your Rights

You may remove locally stored App data at any time by deleting the App from your device. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, delete, object to, or restrict certain processing of personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
